Water Customers

Cullman Electric Cooperative has partnered with the Cullman County Water Department (CCWD) to provide meter reading, billing and customer services to more than 16,000 water customers — 13,000 of those are also members of Cullman EC. These members now have the convenience of paying both bills with one check, at one time, in one location.

To request that a water meter be installed at a new location, you must visit one of our offices. Due to CCWD policy, we cannot take applications for new service over the phone. We apologize for the inconvenience.
