How much does it cost?

smartVIEW is FREE to all members of Cullman Electric Cooperative. You can monitor your energy consumption by viewing daily usage reports and temperature statistics. It is easy to see how extreme temperatures (hot or cold) can result in higher energy usage. Plus, you can set up alerts when you reach a preset daily energy threshold, letting you correct issues quickly. Members with a smartPAY account can also check account balances.

How do I sign-up?

To sign up for smartVIEW, you will need to create a Cullman EC online account. Have your account number and a statement ID from a recent Cullman EC bill to complete the process.* Once the online account is created, you can view the reports and set up email notifications. You are not required to pay your bill online, but you must have an online account to access smartVIEW. If you choose to pay your bill online, that service is available using the same account log-in.

What if I have SmartPAY? 

* — smartPAY (prepaid electric service) members must call 256-737-3200 during regular business hours and speak with a Member Service Representative to complete the online account registration.
