Cullman Electric Cooperative wants our members to have multiple payment options that are easy to use and flexible. We provide six different payment options. We also have alternative billing options. Learn more below to find the payment option and location that is best for you!

Automatic Draft

Paying your power bill has never been this easy. Have your monthly power bill automatically drafted from your credit card or from your checking account.

Paperless Billing

Receive notice of your monthly bill each by e-mail then view online. The co-op’s secure billing website keeps members safe from identity theft. Speak with a member services representative to sign up for paperless billing.

Members are responsible for keeping a current e-mail address on file with Cullman EC, and for paying their monthly bill if e-mail notification is not received. 

 

Kiosk

Kiosk payment machines are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year at Cullman EC's main office on Eva Road and Cullman EC's Addison office. A kiosk is also located at Hopper's Family Market in Fairview and is available during the store's regular business hours.

Levelized Billing 

Our levelized billing program allows us to average your monthly power bill based on your current month and previous 11 months of power use. Then we bill you for that average amount, so you pay approximately the same amount every month.

To be placed on levelized billing, your account must be current. Also, you must be in your current residence for one year before signing up for levelized billing for us to have 12 months of billing history to determine your monthly levelized billing amount.
